Full Body Evaluation and Movement Screening

  • ARES

    50% strength training and 50% cardio intervals. You’ll be rotating between upper and lower body strength movements and super-setting with cardio intervals. Your heart rate will remain elevated as you get stronger and leaner while you continue to burn calories for the rest of the day.

  • Hades

    This workout combines resistance training and cardio intervals for a fast paced high intensity session. In these classes, you’ll feel the burn in this test of endurance and stamina.

  • OLYMPUS

    Olympus is a classic upper and lower split that occurs twice a week. Each day will begin with a compound movement and will follow with accessory exercises that strengthen the compound movement. In these classes, we will focus on becoming stronger.
