Matthew Anderson

Matthew Anderson BS, CSCS has over a decade of experience as a Performance Coach and entrepreneur in the Santa Barbara community. He specializes in training high level athletes as well as high performance adults. Matthew currently owns two gyms, Titan Sports Performance and Longevity Training Club. He received his BS major Kinesiology and minor in Public Health from University of Nebraska at Kearney. While there, he played collegiate football and won their conference championship in 2010 and 2011. He started his career as a trainer for Titan Sports Performance in 2013 and was fortunate enough to purchase the business in 2015. There, Matthew specializes in sport specific training for amateur athletes as well as private training for individuals of all ages. Through Titan, he also trains several club and collegiate teams in the community. He has developed a deep understanding of training high level athletes and applies that same knowledge to training highly motivated adults who also have specific goals they are trying to reach. Whether it’s skiing, golfing or keeping up with their children/grandchildren, he can help them achieve it. Matthew resides in Santa Barbara with his wife, Sarai, and two children, Jaiden and Leo.

Colin Janes

Colin Janes is an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer and a recent graduate of Syracuse University's Falk College of Sport, where he earned his degree in Health & Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. Colin grew up in the Santa Barbara area as a competitive soccer player, and has spent the last several years gaining hands-on experience in some of the most advanced and intense training environments.

He interned with the Syracuse University Division I Football strength and conditioning staff, where he assisted in designing and executing workouts, individually adjusted programming for specific players, and contributed to the team's nutrition and data analytics programs. During his internship, Syracuse finished top 20 nationally with several players entering the NFL. Most recently, he trained with a concierge personal training service in New York City that delivers structured, preventative fitness for high-performing individuals.

At Titan, he is excited to work with all athletes and clients. With a strong foundation in exercise science, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention, Colin hopes to help each client improve their metabolic health, increase their cardiorespiratory capacity, and achieve successful results in their sports and lives. Currently, Colin is preparing for his NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam to further his education and credentials.

Josh Rodezno

Josh Rodezno PTA, KT, CPT Josh is a Physical Therapy Assistant, Kinesio Therapist, and Certified Personal Trainer. Josh is a dedicated rehab and fitness professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara 2014, where he honed his skills and developed a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Josh went on to enlist in the U.S. Army working as a Physical Therapy Assistant, where he provided treatment to patients with various injuries, focusing on both recovery and physical fitness enhancement.  As a current soccer coach and former collegiate athlete Josh has extensive knowledge of working with athletes at youth, high school, and collegiate levels. This coaching experience has given him a deep understanding of how to develop effective rehab, recovery and training programs that create injury prevention, improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning. Josh has taken his manual therapy skills to the next level and has completed Strain Counterstrain for the full body at The Jones Institute the innovator of Strain Counterstrain manual therapy techniques. Josh’s expertise extends beyond physical therapy and personal training to encompass corrective exercise, performance enhancement, and injury prevention in which he holds multiple certifications. His diverse experience training active-duty soldiers, collegiate athletes, older adults, and youth populations enables him to create personalized, motivating, and supportive sessions tailored to the individual’s unique needs.
