In-depth focus on proper biomechanics and exercise technique
All clients must have a Titan gym membership to purchase Personal Training. The membership initiation fee will be waived for those who are purchasing Personal Training.

Team Consulting Program
Titan's staff of professionals is available to assist coaches and teams to design Sports Performance Enhancement programs for offsite training. Program consultation for offsite training may include the following:
Review of current program design and training facilities
One Titan staff offsite visit per team, per month
Program design to follow at training facility
Development of sport-specific warm-up, cool down and recovery program
Access to Titan Sports staff for questions, comments or concerns during normal business hours (M-F 9-5)
Basic sports nutrition guidelines
Individual sports psychology profile testing (additional charges apply)
Athlete fitness assessment testing (additional charges apply)
