In our Titan Group Training Classes we focus on improving body composition by building lean muscle through heavy resistance training. This heavy lifting creates a stress response in your body which allows it to get stronger as it adapts. As part of this response, the body secretes testosterone and growth hormone, promoting lean muscle tissue growth and mobilizing fat for use as fuel. This leads to a higher Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and triggers an increase in Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), which means that you are burning calories long after your workout!
We’ve taken the same knowledge and science-based programs that we use to train our athletes and created these empowering and effective 30 and 45-minute co-ed classes. The Titan Group Training program follows an undulating periodization, in which we focus on strength, power, mobility and stability, as well as cardiovascular endurance.
Strength training mixed with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is proven to show the best results in body composition. Our small group setup is the perfect way to lift heavy and work hard in a safe environment where you will receive individualized attention from our coaches.
