Dayna has been a fitness and wellness professional since 1981. She attended CSU Chico where she received her BS, then MS in Recreation Administration and Exercise Science. Her first interest was Corporate Fitness and Health Resorts which evolved into Group Fitness classes and Personal Training. Dayna has taught classes in Japan where she lived for nearly 6 years; she also taught classes for Rancho La Puerta, The Golden Door, the Cunard Line and the QE II and Sagafjord.
Dayna is passionate about fitness and wellness and how it can enhance your life. Her 23 years in Santa Barbara has allowed her great opportunities to help others achieve their goals. She has been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer with Cathedral Oaks Club for 22 years, at Titan Sports Performance for over 5 years, and has had the great opportunity to coach and lead Momentum 4 Life, an organization promoting health, fitness, and philanthropy. Besides finishing numerous marathons, triathlons, and open water swims, Dayna likes to spend time with her husband, 4 adult kids,1 grandson and enjoys reading, films, gardening, and sea glass art.
